This wonderful Antique Edwardian Suffragette brooch has been modelled in 9ct Yellow Gold. The upper section of the brooch is decorated with an array of gemstones and features approx. 0.70ct of Peridots, 0.30ct of Amethysts, four sparkling diamonds and six gorgeous Pearls. The brooch is then finished with a stunning 0.65ct Peridot dropper.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Purple, Green and White stones which symbolised: Purple for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope.
This magnificent brooch comes complete with its original box, a secure catch and will look wonderful when worn.
